Having Fun Isn't Hard When You've Got a Library Card
Episode 4 started with a great splitting of the Party and ended with a descent into the Cogs. Let's not forget Cinder trying to sneak into Morgrave Library. It was a lot of fun, but then again - "Having Fun Isn't Hard When You Have a Library Card!"

Never Split the Party
- Lark becomes worried when Pyramus doesn't return to the Glum Gryphon. She transforms into Gristle and heads to Callestan in Lower Dura, where she meets with Gristle's Daask contacts. She is unable to find out anything useful.
- Talos questions Cinder about his Morgrave University cover story. Cinder expresses worry about drawing the attention of Merrix d'Cannith. Talos reassures him of Merrix's progressive views toward Warforged.
- Lark questions Jacopo about his relationship to Gustavo, and why Gus is interested in the Diamond Theatre attack. Jacopo suggests Gus is interested in the greater good of Sharn.
- The Sharn Inquisitive is delivered covering the undead attack at the Diamond Theatre. It also mentions the arrest of a Warforged for killing a man. The Party infers that it is a reference to Pyramus and Jonas, the man previously detained in Wultram's Apartment.
- The Party splits up. Talos finds his Karrnathi drinking buddy Vlad. Talos finds out that the Order of the Emerald Claw frequently conducted terror attacks in Karrnath. He also learns that Lan Hazal is a Karrnathi industrialist who owns smelting facilities in the Cogs.
- Cinder is caught attempting to break into Morgrave University. He runs from the guards with no success in furthering the investigation.
- Jacopo returns to Truffs n Stuff in High Walls, where he reads a coded message from the Korranberg Chronicle using a cipher. He leaves a dossier concerning the Diamond Theatre attack at a dead drop location, only holding back concerns over Cinder's strange capabilities.
- Unable to cure Nazari's undead affliction, Nazari and Zelandris visit Suyamun at the Riedran embassy in Upper Central for help, where he successfully cleanses her disease. The twins tell Suyamun about their exploits at Wultram's Apartment, the Dragonshards, and their interest in Lan Hazal. He doesn't have much to offer in information, but vows to look into what sort of person may have sold the dragonshards to Wultram Kazkov.
- Lark disguises herself as Merrix d'Cannith and travels to a Sharn City Watch garrison to gather intel. She speaks with Eskridge Callaway and discovers Pyramus killed Jonas. Pyramus informed the Watch it was due to Jonas's imminent transformation into a ghoul, but provided no further exculpatory details.
Reconvene and the Red Hammer Inn
- The Party reconvenes at the Glum Gryphon to share their findings. They speculate the attack at the Diamond Theatre could have been an attempt to plant the seeds of an undead outbreak in the city.
- Cinder, Jacopo and the twins head to the Cogs and the Red Hammer Inn. Cinder introduces his party members to Boreal and Root. They chastise Cinder in private about his indiscreet actions at the Diamond Theatre. There is a letter from Merrix d'Cannith asking Cinder to tour his premises. Cinder promises caution from now on.
- The Party speaks to Blue, who gives them the location of Hazal Smelting. He also warns them that Lan only hires Karrnathi and that there are rumors that he uses an undead workforce.
- Back at the Glum Gryphon, Lark gets Grimnir's advice on helping Pyramus. He cautions her against a deceptive solution, given the differences between warforged and changelings.

- #CurtainCallConspiracy The party read the Sharn Inquisitive's coverage of the Diamond Theatre attack. They split up to follow leads. Talos speaks with Vlad, a Karrnathi drinking buddy, about the Order of the Emerald Claw and Lan Hazal. The twins tell Suyamun about their investigation and he promises to look into who may have procured the Dragonshards. At the Red Hammer Inn, Blue gives the party information about Hazal Smelting.
- #ThePlightOfPyramus Pyramus doesn't return to the Glum Gryphon. The following day, the Sharn Inquisitive mentions a Warforged arrested under suspicion of murder. The party infers this refers to Pyramus. Lark disguises herself as Merrix d'Cannith and speaks to Eskridge Callaway about Pyramus, learning he was indeed the Warforged in question. Pyramus informed the Watch it was due to the man's imminent transformation into a ghoul. Back at the Glum Gryphon, Grimnir cautions Lark against deceptive solutions to help Pyramus.
- #Daask Gristle reaches out to his contacts in Callestan in search of Pyramus.
- #KineticCuriosity Cinder expresses concern to Talos about drawing the attention of Merrix d'Cannith. Talos reassures him Merrix has "progressive" views toward Warforged. Down in the Cogs, the party meets Boreal and Root, who chastise Cinder for his indiscretion about his special powers. Cinder receives a letter from Merrix inviting Cinder to tour his facilities.
